Note: RAID 5 with more drives eventually can get very slow.  That's  
because either your stripe size gets so large that r/m/w is painful,  
or the individual I/O sizes to the drives get too small to be  
efficient.  Plus you only have a single unit of redundancy for all of  
those drives... that would make me nervous.
