Ah, thanks! This was what I was thinking of.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work. While it tells me that:
track (ctl=7) at sector 41354
ISO filesystem, label "<description...>", creation time: 2006/04/21 11:28
adding as 'a'
track (ctl=7) at sector 0
disklabel shows a and d as nearly identical, and I see the same files
as before.
a: 67108264 0 ISO9660 41354 # (Cyl. 0 - 671082+)
d: 67108264 0 ISO9660 0 # (Cyl. 0 - 671082+)
