Hi, some time ago (like 2 years ago more or less), I made
some benchmarks to test performance withall disk I/O schedulers
on NetBSD. Clearly the winner was priocscan, but tunning the values
on it made it go faster in some cases (aprox 10MB/s).

My question is: can we change the default values now and remove the XXX
comment now that we have better values?

Note: Mindaugas R. agrees that they should be the default.
