Another problem:
Just built audio/jackd with rt scheduling support.
When I started it (as root) it still got permission problems:

There might be reasons within the application... I'll check.
The worse part is that the machine paniced whan I killed the
process, the KASSERT "i->l_class == SCHED_OTHER" in
sched_m2.c line 464 fired.
