"Monitoring" proplib's memory consumption

Hi Folks,

Still about code that some may find interesting.

I've a patch to monitor the internal memory of proplib. It is currently 
 flawed as an object can be accounted multiple times. It can happen if 
a given object has been added multiple times in an array or a 
dictionary, or as prop_number_t object if they are cached in a RB tree. 
Fixing this is trivial.
