I don't know the dmr stuff well enough to be certain. To the extent I
do know it, I'd say the major difference is that it fits into NetBSD's
tty subsystem instead of being a streams module. (Oh, and it provides
more than just history management, such as line editing other than at
the end of the line and completion capabilities.)
