Until very recently, ZFS did not support quotas in the traditional
sense (its religion was to simply create more file systems, and file
systems can be limited in size).
ZFS recently grew more-or-less traditional user/group quota support,
which are manipulated using ZFS's generalized property mechanism. I
don't know if this has made it out into the wild yet, but it is
