wd0 dos error

When my netsd system is booting it will show a message about wd0:

Get this also by starting the HAL daemon.
Storage wd0 itself is not broken, it is a part of raid in linux (and the 
raid status is complete on it).
If I start OpenBSD or FreeBSD  there is no such message like this.
What is the matter?
