Hello,

I'm working on ARCnet drivers for the Amiga and (lower priority)
i386 hardware. I noticed that, although ARP is designed link-level and
transport-independent, the BSD code has Ethernet and IP hardcoded.

Is anybody working on the removal of this limitations?
