Two requests:

1. Please make sure the new routed can have its RIP functionality
   turned off.

2. Add a manual page link to rdisc(8) so the people using in.rdisc on
   Suns can find the functionality.

HP ship gated but not routed and take many support calls "Where is
routed?".
