Hi,

I would like to know if any of the NetBSD versions include the
modifications proposed in [Floy96]. The New-Reno TCP in that paper 
includes a small change to the Reno algorithm at the sender that 
eliminates Reno's wait for a retransmit timer when multiple packets 
are lost from a window.
