  My server stops now and then --- often under high network activity, and
the usual sympton that I can see is that there are no network buffers
available for even a ping. netstat -m doesn't show anything unusual
though. (No requests for buffers denied:
	0 requests for memory denied
	0 requests for memory delayed
	0 calls to protocol drain routines

  I was initially concerned about the "abnormal interrupt" message, but the
card seemed to work fine, so I didn't worry at first.
