And my problem with that is it is broken compared to every other operating
system out there.  Introducing needless incompatibilities doesn't make
sense.  You can't just suddenly say to vendors that have been using
SOMAXCONN all along "oh, sorry, your app is broken now."  Well, not
without a good reason anyway.
