WRT to RTT calculations, etc. and the paper that claimed that 
having finer granularity time stamps helps. Some NIC cards can
produce very high resolution time stamps on board. It would be nice to 
struct pkthdr had a time stamp field that could be filled in for
this purpose. Is this of interest to anyone?
