I did, probably still do, have a copy, I'm sure.  But I'll be damned if
I can find it.

It is mentioned in the obsolete arch/i386/netboot documentation, and I'm
positive I must have used to produce an executable netboot.com for the
newer "arch/i386/stand" software.

... which needs a small tweak, because the ROM code is greater than 32K
(can someone try to trim it down a little bit?) and the limit is still
32K in the netboot/Makefile.
