	last night I have committed rather important IPsec bug fix.
	(IPsec ESP IV is not stirred)
	be sure to have the following revisions, if you are using IPsec ESP.
	this does not affect any of officially released code (like 1.4.x).
		netbsd-current: sys/netkey/key.c revision 1.30
		netbsd 1.5: sys/netkey/key.c revision 1.23.2.5
