Hi,

Where can I find MAKEDEV entries for ALTQ pseudo devices?

I am interested in ALTQ and I want to use it.  I configured
kernel with ALTQ, ALTQ_CBQ, ALTQ_WFQ, ALTQ_RED, ALTQ_RIO and
ALTQ_CDNR.  I compiled altq supporting commands such as
altqd, altqstat and tbrconfig.

I think altq is almost ready, except for pseudo devices for
altq.  Where can I find MAKEDEV file (or another suggestion
to make altq devices)?

# Yes, I know I can construct device nodes only by the
# information written in source code, but...
