Not really.
The outgoing address is picked via a route entry to that destination
just like in multihoming.
If you do:
ifconfig ep0 inet 192.0.0.1 up
ifconfig ep0 inet 1.2.3.4 netmask 255.255.255.0 alias
route add -net 4.5.6.0 1.2.3.9
and then connect to 4.5.6.7, then you will find that your source
address is 1.2.3.4, not 192.0.0.1.
