Yes it does, enough for me to cvsup my NetBSD current sources on the
border machine, and FreeBSD current and stable on an inside machine.

No, but that wouldn't affect the border machine when I'm also running
cvsup on it. I guess I could use an inside (i.e., FreeBSD) machine to
cvsup my NetBSD sources, but that seems a little, er, unclean.
I'm planning to buy a new disk shortly, so I'll have to think a bit
more about what goes on which machine when I reinstall everything.
