I just got switched to covad.net, which only supports pppoe.
Since my home machine is running 1.5.X, I set up rp-pppoe. It worked for a
time, then died. On icb, I found out that Simon has seen the same thing,
so I wanted to ask here if anyone knew what's up.
The problem is that after being configured, the other side of the ppp
connection just decides to kill it. Is there something else we should be
doing in our ppp configs?
Here's the relevant part from running adsl-start in debug mode:

Any thougths? The zyxel router that the ISP sent me works fine, but when I
use the old bridge modem, things don't work. So the zyxel seems to be
doing something that the other end is happy with. ??
I have the full debug if anyone wants it.
Take care,
Bill
