lib/libwrap contains a lot of #ifdef SOLARIS and such, which is not
	really necessary for netbsd.  do you mind if i remove those?
	it will simplify the code very much.  due to the IPv6 support in place
	we are already different enough from the master distribution
	(unfortunate, but wietse do not have IPv6 environment yet...).
