I have a slightly different question about IPsec. I want to know how to
set up my system so that it will use IPsec with anybody who is capable
of using it also.

But all the examples I have seen are for using pre-shared keys, or
tunnel mode, or such things. "Road warriors" come closest but still are
too limited. Nothing about the way I thought that it was designed for...
