I am experiencing some weirdness with apache. Loading data from it from the
local machine is running at or below 8KB/s all the time, yet other machines
on the lan can get pages/whatever from it as fast as the server and network
can handle, in the multiple MB/s range. I have had this happen before, but I
can't seem to remember how I fixed it. No network or httpd.conf settings
have changed since the last time it worked, as far as I can tell. Anybody
had similar problems, or have any ideas?
