How good is the ALTQ support in 1.6? Because I can't seem to
get it to work, all I ever managed to do was

  That looks to me as if the basic infrastructure was in place, but
there are bits missing elsewhere. Is ALTQ officially supported or is
it more in a "it came with KAME for free so there you are" state?
