Thanks JB for the insight on why rwho hasn't had that array size 
increased.

So now I'm playing with ywho/yuptime .. rpc.rusersd running (and rpc.portmap
incase that matters is already running) .. hosts can query each other 
so that ywho and yusers works .. however, yuptime will just report that
a machine is down .. (either at the command line or from a list in /etc/yhosts
