Do a 'netstat -sfarp' on a network with a lot
of arp traffic and notice the large count of
'failures to allocate llinfo'. arplookup()
shouldn't be incrementing arpstat.as_allocfail++
if creation wasn't specified. Here's a suggested
diff:
