I get same result with ral at pci. Sometimes I can connect (link UP)
to AP very soon, but sometimes I can't. I must do `ifconfig ral0 down
up' several times.

ral at usb has no problem.

Are the IEEE80211_C_WEP flags removed from my patch?
It's required to use WEP in ral.
