I'm not sure how to measure that properly. As a quick test I used "rcp"
to transfer a 768MB file over IPv6 over Gigabit ethernet to "/dev/null"
on the remote machine:
With TSOv6:
0.05s user 4.13s system 20% cpu 20.189 total
Without TSOv6:
0.08s user 4.33s system 21% cpu 20.447 total
Second run with TSOv6:
0.08s user 4.33s system 21% cpu 20.447 total
Those numbers don't look conclusive to me.
Kind regards
