Crash in pf on NetBSD-5RC3 on sparc

port-sparc/40629 is my report of crashes in pf, it appears, on my
firewall under heavy traffic conditions. The sparc port maintainer
suggested that I bring it up here because it looks like a network
problem and specifically in pf as far as I can tell.

Can anyone give me any debugging hints? sack is turned off according to
sysctl, and I'm running an ipv6 tunnel, but other than that I don't
think there's anything odd about the system (other than it's a
SPARCclassic).
