I'm using intel chipset but I didn't get such a trouble(?).
please send more detail if you(someone) get.

I made if_axe.c for -current.

  http://www.naobsd.org/porting/if_axe.c.current

it works fine with 5.99.27 on hpcarm (WZERO3).
