pull-up alc(4) to NetBSD 7?

Leo and I have asked for it in netbsd-users@ without success so I'll try it
there.
Wouldn't it make sense to pull-up alc(4) from current to NetBSD 7 before it is
released? AFAIK, the patch applies out-of-the-box, apart probably for E2200
which must be added in pcidevs.

The reason why I insist on it is that these chipsets are really common on many
motherboards for quite a long time, it would be a shame for NetBSD 7 not to
support them.
