I guess it did not, the only thing I see on
tcpdump -n -p -i pppoe0 port 546 or port 457
is:

Yes, but it's a static delegation so I wouldn't expect something different.
I don't know what the remote end expects, maybe when a new pppoe session
starts, dhcp state is reset ? This would be consustent with the IPv6
route for my prefix being lost ...
