Re: Time to retire some ancient network pseudo-interfaces?



There was mild objection at the time in that the older drivers presented examples in the variations of hardware that gave us enlightenment in to how to provide network driver interfaces.

Last I recall someone was going to dig up hardware and test. Without positive agreement about the removal I didn't proceed with removal.

Removing netnatm implies removing the 'midway' driver, if_atmsubr.c, and
sys/netnatm/; all three are noted as obstacles in TODO.smpnet.
