policy routing

I came across this project listing
https://wiki.netbsd.org/projects/project/policy-routing/. Looks like it
is a bit over nine years old.

Has this just not been updated or has this not been touched since then?
A quick search indicates that there is no equivalent of Linuxs Traffic
Control (i.e. `tc`) utility for NetBSD. Presumably this project idea
would be to incorporate those ideas and functionality into the NetBSD
network stack somehow, is that correct?

Id be curious to hear more about what this idea is (was?)
about. Obviously the project page linked to above is  rather light on
details!
