I wish for traffic shaping support in NPF. Since you're working on
integrating altq(4) into NPF, I think you've got packet shaping covered,
so just a +1 for that!
And you probably already know it, but macOS and FreeBSD have traffic
shaping via dummynet(4). And just looking at man pages, it seems that
FreeBSD also has altq(4), but macOS does not.
