Ugh... i haven't looked at this pkg, but it _should_ be enabled in
comm/Makefile:
1. If we start about the usability of each pkg, we don't get anything
else done.
2. If it builds and doesn't do any harm to the rest of the system or
whatever, I see no reason not to enable this, esp. as this will also
be used for binary-okg-generating batch-makes. Excluding this pkg from
comm/Makefile will end up in no precompiled binary pkg for endusers in
the next release, which is not the intention.
