It definately needs to be marked interactive and give the user a chance to
abort then.  Pkgs that modify the base system in some way, or do something
unexpected need to warn people about it.  A "This is going to overlay system
files with the contents of this pkg, is this what you want?" would be ideal.

I don't care if pkgs leave thier little den (pkg and X11R6), but I would like
to have an opportunity to go "hey! don't do that!"

Does the linux-lib pkg really install itself into /emul?  Wow.. that would give
me quite a surpise when my root partition filled up.
