Newly built xmahjongg wouldn't run, until doing a "bdftopcf xmahjongg.bdf

/usr/XllR6/lib/X11/fonts/misc. It occurs to me that other X packages might
install their own fonts, too, and that perhaps there should be a generic
target for this.
