a couple of package issues:

* i added a section to /usr/pkgsrc/mk/mk.conf.example called
  `overrides for faster or cheaper sites', and suggested settings
  of MASTER_SITE_* for australians. you may want to entries for
  your region.

* do we have a way to execute post-pkg installation commands, or
  to setup files in /etc iff necessary?

  i'd like to propose that we add support for
	/etc/changelist.pkg
  which gets read by /etc/security if $check_changelist==YES

  the ssh package could add /etc/ssh*, /etc/shosts.equiv and
  /root/.shosts to the file upon pkg install
