I'm trying to install xemacs on my quadra 610 running 1.3.3.  
I get this error message below.  Does any one no what the problem might
be?

I'm trying to build this with mule support so I can type in hangul (korean
letters).  I can install the precompiled binary, but I need to build
xemacs myself so I can choose the USE_MULE=yes option.
