Subject: 'pkg_info' needs a 'without -I' option

Currently 'pkginfo' == 'pkginfo -a' == 'pkginfo -a -I'.
This is compunded by the fact 'pkg_info' can be quite slow,
and there is no way to get a 'quick' listing of all installed
packages (short of 'ls /var/db/pkg'). Would it be feasible to
add such an option?
