when I added OpenBSD's anon CVS support to our "cvs" package at 11-Mar-1999
I made a typo which disabled any kind of locking even for normal "cvs"
operations. This bug will be fixed after the next sup scan(*). So if you
build our "cvs" package after the date mentioned above you better rebuild
tomorrow. A fixed binary package for the i386 port is already available on
"ftp.netbsd.org".
