tech-pkg: textproc/t1lib{,x} have the same PKGNAME

Hi all,

I found that `textproc/t1lib' and `textproc/t1libx' have the
same PKGNAMEs.

% grep PKGNAME textproc/t1lib*/Makefile
textproc/t1lib/Makefile:PKGNAME=                t1lib-0.8
textproc/t1libx/Makefile:PKGNAME=               t1lib-0.8

Is it right?
