tech-pkg: Build in math/gnumeric fails

I don't know how, but a build in math/gnumeric fails.
Everything works OK, but after the build the file work/SizePkg contains:

*** Error code 2

Stop.
-->8--

And, of course, make install fails.

What's wrong?
