	Which means we cannot tell if 1.2.2 is 'version 1.2 with the
	second NetBSD update', or 'version 1.2.2'.

	It also leaves us the potential of upgrading 1.2.2 to 1.2.1.

	We need some magic tag to indicate NetBSD changes, otherwise
	it is not safe to indicate them.

	I would like to think we would crank the nb number every time
	we commit any kind of noticible (to a user) fix to a package.
