	They already had a alpha suffix ('pl' in one, 'abs' in another).
	Switching them both to 'nb' at least makes them more consistent.
	Also they are both suffixes I added - I've not touched anyone

	So far there is no effective change. If we get consensus on
	'nb' before 1.4.2 then I'd like to go for it, otherwise wait
	until the next time we need to update pkg_tools for another
	reason (that is if we get consensus at all)
