Hi,

Please test the octave-current 2.1.30 package, by fetching and
installing the following archive
ftp://ftp.albedo.art.pl/pub/netbsd-pkg/octave-current.tgz
in /usr/pkgsrc source tree.

Any comments are welcome.
Octave 2.0.16 package source is in the works. :)
