it's ok from pkglint, and myself, too.
You can remove the .include of bsd.prefs.mk as you don't use anything from
that file (you need bsd.prefs.mk when you add .if tests etc. for variables
that are set in /etc/mk.conf; you need to .include bsd.pkg.mk before that
.if statement, see also pkgsrc/Packages.txt on this matter)

NetBSD - because Unix isn't just #include <linux.h>, i386, ILP32, ELF, ...!
