How do we handle pkg's with dubious copyright issues?

I have one for an emulator that starts up with "Microsoft ROM BASIC..."
Obviously, the ROM in question is not part of the pkg, but after building
it's part of the stuff installed.

(Besides that, this pkg needs the pixel depths of the screen burned into
it, i.e. -DBPP16 or -DBPP8; argh!)
