	between 1.2.27 and 1.2.28, the license term is changed  rather
	drastically.  if i understand it right, we are unable to modify the
	code (from "USE RESTRICTIONS" term ii), we cannot redistribute
	modified version like ipv6-ready ssh (from term iii), and
	we cannot copy it except for backup purposes so effectively
	we are unable to redistribute (from term iv).
	i have not checked 1.2.30 yet.
